    The hotel was relaxing with great location very close to the beach club, restaurant, and Khao Lak. In general the staff were amiable and amicable. Above average and very very good breakfast in the restaurant, appreciated this place. It was a perfectly pleasant experience.

    It's not all bad, but it's not all good

    This paradise boasts really good amenities with huge rooms that are perfect for family stays. The pools winding throughout the hotel are a true highlight! Kids will love the dedicated play areas.

    The dining experience was quite disappointing at times. Service was not very efficient, leading to long wait times for meals, which could mar the overall enjoyment.

    Fine Pools and Family-Friendly Amenities

    The amenities were fantastic, especially the modern gym and the relaxing spa. We enjoyed lounging by the fine infinity pool and took full advantage of the complimentary bicycles for exploring the area.     Pullman is right on the beach with beautiful views. The large outdoor pool was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception. We enjoyed the great food options, especially the thai offerings.

    We had an amazing 9-night stay after a previous visit to khao lak, but this experience really was very good. The staff were attentive, especially at the pool bar, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of local and international flavors that we loved. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and great food in a beautiful setting.

    The breakfast spread was a good adventure, with everything from fresh tropical fruits to made-to-order omelets. The beachside restaurant delivered delicious local flavors! Plus, the giant pool is irresistibly inviting, perfect for those lazy afternoons.

    I felt the international buffets were pretty lackluster-seriously, Italian food should hit harder than some bread with tomatoes! And the mosquitos were relentless. A little more pest control would do wonders.

    Can just recommend for a transient visit

    Clean hotel, modern amenities, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist us . We loved lounging by the infinity pool while enjoying tasty cocktails during happy hour and appreciated the beachfront location, made exploring local sights very convenient.
